FunXYZ offers both free and paid subscription services. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during purchase.

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings or the platform where you purchased the subscription (App Store, Google Play, etc.).

Intellectual Property

FunXYZ and its content, features, and functionality are owned by FunXYZ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or logos without written consent

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to FunXYZ. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our service.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

AI Recommendations and Algorithm Disclaimers

FunXYZ uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to provide personalized event recommendations. Please understand that:

Indemnification

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:
